Omnitest Microhardness Tester HTD900S Case Depth Hardness Tester HTD4000 Core Hardness Tester
/Case Depth Tester
The Omnitest is a universal hardness tester that provides excellent microhardness testing results with an integrated imaging system for manual or automatic reading of the indentations The HTD900S quickly measures a case depth from 0.05 to 1mm, compared to standard methods that can require an hour – and without sectioning the sample. The HTD900S uses conductivity to load ratio measurement as the indentation is made to make the hardness measurement. The HTD400 quickly measures a case depth or core hardness in seconds at the depth of about 0.5mm to 2.7mm, as compared to standard methods that can require an hour – and without sectioning the sample. The HTD900S uses a depth of indentation to load ratio measurement to generate the test result.

Basic Micro Hardness Tester HM100 Ultra Micro hardness tester operates down to 0.05 gf micro vickers hardness tester with automatic measurement and focus and positioning
HM100 Basic Micro Hardness Tester HM200 Ultra Micro Hardness Tester AAV500 Automatic Vickers Hardness Tester
The HM100 basic micro-hardness tester provides standard features for optical measurement, manual X/Y positioning, and motorized load application -- plus options for automatic turret and for measuring through a camera and flatscreen monitor. The HMV200 uses a state-of-the-art electromagnetic-force motor for automatic load selections from 2 kg down to 0.5 grams in standard steps (100 g 250 g, 500g etc) or in 1 gram increments. Excellent unit for research and high-end testing labs. The automatic Vickers testing system allows high load Vickers testing in load ranges from 200 gf to 50 kgf, depending on the model. All operations except load change can be automated for testing, measurement, and data storage or statistics.
